Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily operations of Front Office, Guest Relations and Housekeeping to ensure a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure.

• Collaborate with the General Manager to monitor operational performance through guest satisfaction scores, service audits and financial reports, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

• Contribute to the execution of departmental budgets, monitor key performance indicators (Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR), and ensure effective cost control measures.

• Lead, develop, and support department heads; actively participate in recruitment, training, and performance evaluation processes in partnership with HR.

• Handle guest feedback and complaints with professionalism and discretion, ensuring service recovery and continuous improvement.

• Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, health & safety, and quality standards across all Rooms Division departments.

• Collaborate closely with other operational departments to ensure smooth and efficient hotel operations.

• Prepare and present regular operational reports and performance analyses to the General Manager.

Requirements

• 3 years minimum experience in similar position in 5-star hotels

• Certificate of studies from accredited School for Tourism

• Excellent command of English language, additional foreign languages would be considered an asset

• Strong computer skills and excellent knowledge of Microsoft office

• Experience in GDS, IDS, OTA’s extranets and Property Management systems, preferably Opera

• Excellent communication skills

• Previous working experience with Hilton Hotels & Resorts is considered an additional asset
