Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to boutique guests.

• Assist in achieving boutique sales targets.

• Offer product information and recommendations to guests.

• Support the management of stock and assist with inventory control.

• Help organize product displays according to hotel and brand standards.

• Assist in receiving deliveries and recording items accurately.

• Maintain boutique records and assist with daily reports.

• Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures.

• Assist in general boutique upkeep and organization.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in English; a second language is a plus.

• A passion for fashion and luxury retail.
