Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation of the restaurant(s), ensuring excellence in guest service and satisfaction

• Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, bar, and service teams

• Maintain high standards of hygiene, service, and hospitality according to company and Hilton brand standards

• Handle customer feedback proactively and with professionalism

• Train, develop, and motivate the restaurant team to achieve service excellence

• Supervise scheduling and shift planning to ensure optimum staffing

• Ensure compliance with health & safety, ISO, and HACCP regulations

• Report on daily operations, guest satisfaction, and team performance to the F&B Manager

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field

• Excellent command of the English language

• A second language will be considered an asset

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in a 5-star hotel or fine-dining restaurant

• Computer literacy (MS Office, POS systems)

• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
