A full-time above-property role in Numo Hotels & Resorts offices in Athens. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the overall marketing and communication strategy of the hotel group, with a strong focus on brand development both nationally and internationally. The role includes overseeing marketing for all existing properties as well as providing strategic preparation and support for new openings—from concept development to commercial maturity.
Design and implement an integrated marketing strategy for all hotels in the group
Develop and monitor the annual marketing plan and budget, with KPIs and timelines
Oversee brand positioning and the group’s communication presence across all channels (B2C and B2B)
Plan and execute PR activities and events
Conduct market and competitor analysis and contribute to development strategies
Lead and manage external partners for the production of printed materials, signage, corporate gifts, etc
Support the creation of content and marketing materials for new projects and development initiatives as needed
New Hotel Openings
Participate in the development of the concept and branding strategy for new hotel properties
Create corporate identity (logo, brand book, visual language, messaging)
Design and implement pre-opening marketing campaigns (PR, partnerships, B2B)
Select and manage external collaborators: creative agencies, PR firms, photographers, content production teams
Conduct frequent site visits to ensure alignment with operations teams and support content creation efforts
Internal Collaboration & Leadership
Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Revenue, HR, and Design teams to ensure strategic alignment
Guide and support external partners and in-house teams
Coordinate photo and video shoots, as well as promotional material production
Support the group’s public relations efforts and presence at international forums, expos, and industry events
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration (MSc or MBA is a plus)
Minimum 6 years of experience in hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle marketing
Proven experience in brand development, communication strategies, and pre-opening projects
Experience working with international luxury brands, ideally in hospitality
Excellent knowledge of content management tools
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Ability to manage multiple projects and work across cross-functional teams
Pleasant and dynamic personality with strong soft skills and creativity
Experience in photo shoots, video production, and promotional content creation
Strong sense of aesthetics and a storytelling approach to hospitality
Flexibility to travel and provide on-site hotel support
Proficiency in a second European language is a plus
