Key Responsibilities

• Conducts daily inspections of the building and facilities to ensure the safe and efficient operation of systems such as central air conditioning, boiler room, ventilation, and water pumps.

• Possesses strong knowledge of fire safety procedures and equipment.

• Has excellent knowledge of daily pool maintenance, including pH and chemical monitoring and cleaning.

• Monitors pending maintenance tasks and breakdowns on a daily basis.

• Maintains a detailed breakdown and maintenance log.

• Monitors and manages maintenance inventory, ensuring proper organization of tools and spare parts.

• Leads, coordinates and supports the maintenance team to ensure smooth daily operations and high performance.

• Supervises and oversees the work performed by external contractors on site.

• Prepares monthly and annual reports and recommends preventive and corrective maintenance work to be carried out.

• Implements preventive maintenance programs to reduce breakdowns and operating costs.

• Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations for all building systems.

• Participates in the preparation and implementation of the annual maintenance budget.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position within hospitality industry

• Knowledge of English language

• Degree in Electrical Engineering and/or equivalent technical school.

• Understanding and following industry regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements.

• Ability to deal effectively with emergency situations, problem solving and effective communication skills
