Key Responsibilities

• Designs and organizes daily activities tailored to different age groups.

• Delivers educational games, crafts, and themed workshops.

• Supervises children during all activities and in all designated areas.

• Ensures safety and adherence to behavior rules at all times.

• Provides parents with updates regarding their children’s progress and experience.

• Handles questions or complaints from parents with professionalism.

• Prepares and maintains all activity materials and equipment.

• Keeps children’s areas clean, organized, and safe.

Requirements

• Relevant professional experience in a similar role (children’s animation, childcare, or educational/creative activities), preferably within 5* hotels or resorts.

• Good knowledge of English; knowledge of additional languages (e.g., German) will be considered an asset.

• Pleasant, energetic, and creative personality with excellent communication skills.

• Genuine interest in working with children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and enjoyment.
