Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network systems.

• Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and applications.

• Manage user accounts, emails, and Microsoft 365 services.

• Support PMS and POS systems (Opera, Simphony).

• Configure and maintain Wi-Fi, VPN, and VoIP systems.

• Troubleshoot IT issues for staff and guests (computers, mobile devices, connectivity).

• Maintain IT inventory and ensure regular system backups.

• Collaborate with external vendors and provide helpdesk support to local and remote users.

• Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to optimizing IT operations.

Requirements

• Passion for Technology: Love for the field and willingness to continuously learn new technologies.

• Language Skills: Good knowledge of the English language.

• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and troubleshooting, including diagnosing and repairing UPS and VoIP.
