Key Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests with courtesy, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.

• Performs accurate check-in and check-out procedures.

• Responds to guest requests in a timely manner, providing information about the hotel facilities and local area.

• Handles payments, deposits, and daily shift reports.

• Ensures the accuracy, transparency, and security of all transactions.

• Coordinates with Housekeeping and Maintenance for guest-related requests or issues.

• Reports incidents and operational matters to the Shift Leader or Front Office Manager.

• Adheres to hotel service, hospitality, and grooming standards.

• Actively participates in training programs and follows updated procedures.

Requirements

• 2 years minimum experience in similar position in 5-star hotels’

• Certificate of studies from accredited School for Tourism

• Excellent command of English language, additional foreign languages (preferably German) would be considered an asset

• Strong computer skills and excellent knowledge of Microsoft office

• Experience in GDS, IDS, OTA’s extranets and Property Management systems, preferably Opera

• Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit

• Previous working experience with Hilton Hotels & Resorts is considered an additional asset
