Key Responsibilities
Supervise the daily operation of the hotel’s F&B departments and coordinate the team in restaurants, bars, room service etc.
Maintain and implement standard operating procedures to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure high-quality food and beverage offerings.
Monitoring the stock, orders and budget of the department
Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and effective manner
Participate in recruitment, training, appraisal and performance management of F&B staff
Support in managing supplier relationships and cost control
Ensuring the implementation of the HACCP system
Requirements
Culinary school diploma or degree in food service management or related field
Minimum of 2 years experience as Service Manager
Excellent knowledge of English language, additional language is an advantage
Very good knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office,
restaurant management software, POS)
Up-to-date with Food and Beverage trends and best practices
