Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, wines, and specialty drinks, according to established recipes and standards

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

• Monitor inventory and assist with stock management

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

• Handle cash and process payments accurately

Requirements

• Degree from a bartender school or similar

• Knowledge and techniques of high level cocktails, knowledge of spirits and wine

• At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position in 5 * hotels or a la carte restaurants

• Very good knowledge of English language

• Knowledge of a second language would be an advantage
