Key Responsibilities

• Manage all Food & Beverage daily operations

• Monitor customer satisfaction and service improvement

• Immediate and effective response to complaints

• Responsible for scheduling, training and mentoring of the F&B staff  

• Support inventory management by tracking stock levels, ordering supplies and ensuring operational needs are met

• Ensure proper implementation of health and safety rules in the food departments

Requirements

• Degree of Higher or Higher School of Tourism Professions, domestic or foreign

• Excellent knowledge of English

• Very good knowledge of a second language will be an advantage

• Experience of at least 2 years in a similar position in 5 * hotels or restaurants

• Very good knowledge of using computer programs (MS Office, POS)
