- Δημιουργείς και διατηρείς talent pipelines για κρίσιμους ρόλους
- Εξασφαλίζεις εξαιρετική εμπειρία υποψηφίων μέσω άμεσης και διαφανούς επικοινωνίας
- Συμμετέχεις σε career fairs και επαγγελματικά δίκτυα για ενίσχυση της προβολής εργοδότη
- Τηρείς τις εταιρικές διαδικασίες καθ’ όλη τη διάρκεια της πρόσληψης
- Προτείνεις βελτιώσεις για την αποτελεσματικότητα και στρατηγική πρόσληψης
- Συνεισφέρεις σε ειδικά έργα και πρωτοβουλίες που σχετίζονται με προσλήψεις
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 4+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Πλήρης κύκλος προσλήψεων και Μέθοδοι και τεχνικές επιλογής
- Στρατηγικές sourcing και Δημιουργία talent pipelines
- Συντονισμός συνεντεύξεων και Αξιολόγηση υποψηφίων
- Δημιουργία αγγελιών εργασίας και Recruiting μέσω social media
- Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) και LinkedIn
- Συμμετοχή σε career fairs και συνεργασία με hiring managers
- Αγγλική γλώσσα και Κατανόηση ικανοτήτων ρόλων
- Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων / Διοίκηση Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού / Ψυχολογία
