Key Responsibilities

As a member of our Commercial & Corporate Practice, you will:

• Advise multinational and domestic clients on M&A, corporate governance, commercial contracts, venture capital investments, and regulatory compliance;

• Lead or support transaction structuring, legal due diligence, and contract negotiations;

• Provide day-to-day legal advice on corporate and commercial legal matters; and

• Collaborate with partners and clients on complex, high-stakes mandates.

What We’re Looking For

• A Greek law degree and a postgraduate degree (LL.M.) in Corporate/Commercial Law (Greece or abroad)

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in corporate and commercial law

• Demonstrated expertise in transactional work, cross-border deals, and regulatory advisory

• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken

• A strong commercial mindset, attention to detail, and team-oriented approach
