NTT Data Greece team is looking for a Talent Management Officer based in Athens to support our growing activity in International Organisations.

Your role:

• Collaborate in the definition and the execution of the Talent Management strategic plan

• Coordinate and supervise the employee onboarding and employee journey

• Provide career development support and other talent development processes

• Participate in the definition and monitoring of specific plans: Trainings, engagement, employee satisfaction, etc.

Your profile:

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an international or multicultural environment

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

• Proven ability to multi-task, manage priorities, and work independently

• A team player with a collaborative mindset

• Proactive, communicative, and creative in solving people-related challenges

• Open-minded and comfortable working across diverse cultures and geographies

• A ‘hands-on’ approach with the ability to think innovatively and drive change
