NTT Data Greece team is looking for a motivated and experienced IT Service Continuity Lead in Athens to work with our clients in the European public sector.

Your role:

• Develop business continuity plans.

• Create, implement, and maintain comprehensive business continuity plans that address potential risks and disruptions.

• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and prioritize business continuity initiatives.

• Develop and deliver training programs to ensure employees understand their roles in business continuity efforts.

• Organize and facilitate regular testing and simulation exercises to evaluate the effectiveness of business continuity plans.

• Lead the response to crises and disruptions, coordinating with internal teams and external partners as necessary.

• Regularly review and update business continuity plans based on lessons learned from tests, incidents, and changes in the business environment.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of business continuity strategies with organizational goals.

• Prepare and present reports on business continuity status, risks, and improvement initiatives to senior management.

Your profile: 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

• Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, MSP, or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC).

• 7+ years of experience in IT project/programme management.

• Proven track record of delivering large-scale IT programmes.

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI, Agile, SAFe).

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or Smartsheet.

• Ability to manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.

• You are a strategic thinker. You have the ability to develop long-term strategies to ensure business continuity and resilience.

• You posses strong leadership. You are capable of leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels.

• You are an excellent communicator. You are proficient in conveying complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences, including executives and staff.

• You are detail-oriented. You are meticulous in planning and executing business continuity plans, ensuring all aspects are covered.

• You are a problem solver. You posses strong analytical skills to identify potential disruptions and develop effective contingency plans.

• You must be eligible for EU Security Clearance (at least 5 years of EU nationality in required).
