NTT Data Greece team is looking for a DevOps Lead in Athens to work with our clients in the European public sector. As a DevOps Lead, you will be working with a variety of different clients across multiple industries. We’re looking for enthusiastic people with proven experience in developing scripts, testing infrastructure and adapting solutions with technology.

Your day will look like:

• Build the DevOps team capability for the International Organizations (Public Sector) for the Greek Office.
• Support the Staffing and Recruitment processes related to DevOps positions to find candidates with the appropriate competencies for staffing new projects and securing the delivery of the ongoing projects inside our accounts, across a portfolio of clients in Europe
• Define and promote a strategic view about the transformation roadmap of our clients for DevOps processes
• Manage relationships with key accounts and build new relationships within existing Accounts, including with Executive stakeholders
• Drive service line planning activity and accounts integration
• Monitor performance of program and project delivery teams and navigate the organizational setup
• Participate actively in knowledge sharing activities within the internal DevOps community
• Implement solutions and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Be a trusted advisor by providing relevant ideas, insights and advice.
• Demonstrating high-level end-to-end understanding of deployment, and delivery

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in previous DevOps, System Administration or even Development background
• Experience in building and deploying software artifacts (mainly Java, Angular/React)
• Experience with Git SCM
• Experience with Jenkins or any other CI/CD tool
• Basic Linux administration tasks
• Experience in automation tools and scripting languages
• Knowledge of Cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of Configuration Management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet)
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform or equivalent)
• Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes
