NTT Data Greece team is looking for a Continuous Service Improvement Manager in Athens to work with our clients in the European public sector.
You will be responsible for leading initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery, optimizing processes, and ensuring high standards of operational efficiency. This role involves analyzing current service processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance service quality and compliance with regulatory standards.
Your Role:
- Developing and managing continuous service improvement processes.
- Improving process accuracy, efficiency, and transparency.
- Ensuring compliance with data quality standards in all improvement implementations.
- Supporting the FinOps manager in implementing governance frameworks.
- Analyzing the impact of operational and functional changes on service processes.
- Acting as a point of contact for service improvement-related inquiries, ensuring proactive issue resolution.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Service Owners, the Centre of Excellence, and the Financial Unit.
- Maintaining accurate documentation on service improvement methodologies and key metrics.
- Generating reports and dashboards to provide stakeholders with clear insights into service improvement initiatives.
- On duty responsibility services are required

Your profile:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a continuous service improvement role, preferably within a regulatory or international institution.
- Bachelor’s and Master’s/MBA degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Operations Management or a related field.
- ITIL certification is highly desirable.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in continuous improvement tools and methodologies.
- Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills.
- Fluency in English (B2 level minimum); knowledge of another European language is a plus.
- EU citizenship is required.
