business change leader

NTT Data Greece team is looking for a Business Change Leader in Athens to work with our clients in the European public sector.

Your role:

• Develop and execute transformation strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Lead cross-functional teams to implement change initiatives.

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment.

• Design and implement change management frameworks.

• Facilitate smooth transitions during system/process changes.

• Communicate effectively across all levels to gain buy-in and reduce resistance.

• Oversee transformation projects from initiation to closure.

• Identify areas for process improvement and innovation.

• Monitor KPIs and report progress to leadership.

• Assess current IT infrastructure and identify improvement opportunities.

• Lead digital transformation efforts, including cloud migration, automation, and system upgrades.

• Engage with vendors to evaluate and implement new technologies.

• Identify training needs and organize interventions.

• Support teams during transitions and ensure adoption of new tools/processes.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.

• 5+ years of experience in transformation, change management, or IT project leadership.

• Certifications (preferred): PMP, ITIL, Agile/Scrum, Lean Six Sigma, AWS/Azure certifications.

• Strategic thinking and Strong leadership and team management.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.

• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Familiarity with enterprise architecture and IT systems.

• Change management expertise and emotional intelligence

• You must be eligible for EU Security Clearance (at least 5 years of EU nationality in required).
