NTT Data Greece team is looking for an AI Solution Architect in Athens to work with our clients in the European public sector.

You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance software development productivity. Your role will focus on architecting AI-powered tools, platforms, and services that improve code analysis, generation, and optimization for developers. We are looking for a collaborative team player with a strong background in IT architecture and AI, particularly in developer-facing tools and services.

Your role:   

• Designing and architecting AI-powered developer tools for enhanced productivity.
• Defining AI strategies, policies, and best practices for code recommendations, blueprint generation, and architectural planning.
• Researching and applying the latest AI frameworks and architectures to developer-facing services.
• Developing AI-driven solutions for IDE integrations and automating development workflows.
• Producing comprehensive technical documentation and delivering training workshops.
• Gathering developer feedback and continuously improving AI services.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Extensive experience as an IT Architect, particularly in building developer support platforms and services.
• Expertise in AI and machine learning techniques applied to code analysis, generation, and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI, or Codex.
• Familiarity with AI patterns like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and AI Agent architectures.
• Strong background in developer tools, programming languages (Python, TypeScript), and IDE integrations.
• Proven ability to architect scalable and maintainable AI-driven solutions.
• Ability to conduct training and onboarding sessions for developers using AI-enhanced tools.
• Excellent technical documentation skills for AI services.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, are essential.
