You will evaluate health claims, review medical documentation, coordinate with providers and internal teams, and ensure accurate processing in line with policy terms and procedures.

Your day-to-day:

• Input and validate claims data in back-office systems

• Review medical documents and ensure alignment with diagnosis and policy terms

• Coordinate with partner doctors and claims handling providers for case evaluation

• Communicate with customers to collect missing information

• Review reserves and authorize payments based on policy and authority limits

• Prepare billing reports for health providers according to contract timelines

• Support client and sales network requests

• Assist in quality controls and provider contract management

• Contribute to process improvements, product updates, and system testing

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any science-related field

• Excellent command of Greek and English (oral & written)

• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access)

• Previous experience in insurance operations is a plus

• Familiarity with NN health products and administration procedures is an asset
