Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Γνώση της Ελληνικής και Αγγλικής γλώσσας, προφορικά και γραπτά
- Διαχείριση MS Office και ειδικά Excel
- Ικανότητα Προσαρμογής στην αλλαγή
- Επικοινωνία με πελάτες και Επίλυση συγκρούσεων
- Προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και προσανατολισμός σε ποιότητα και αποτελέσματα
- Διοίκηση / Ασφάλιση / Οικονομικάκατά προτίμηση

Περιγραφή Θέσης
POS EB & Credit Life Employee will manage a specific number of Group Life and Health policies from current portfolio. For new policies as soon as the policy issuance is agreed and completed, POS EB & Credit Life employee will be able to initiate the administration process with the bellow described procedures according to policy terms and internal processes.
Your day-to-day:
Update Company’s informational system with the respective changes of Employees clients & Policy endorsements
Billing Calculation
Monitoring of collection process
Customer reconciliation process
Monthly EOM Reporting
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any field of Management, Insurance or Economics
Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language, verbal and written
Very good command of MS Office especially in excel
Ability to adapt to change
Previous working experience in relevant position will be considered an asset
