This role is responsible to perform daily investment back office activities, accounting and  ad hoc reporting within the local and international legislation, accounting, regulatory and NN Group standards. The purpose of this role is to support the integrity, accuracy and completeness of the company’s processes and reports regarding investments and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Your day-to-day:

Your main responsibilities will include:

•    Investment back office administration tasks.
•    Cash management activities , monitoring and reporting . 
•    Responsible for reconciliation of investment /accounting data including bank reconciliations. 
•    Prepare supporting files and accounting entries in the context of monthly and quarterly  IFRS financial closing
•    Perform analytical procedures on Balance Sheet and P&L on a monthly basis for investments. 
•    Support the preparation of notes to the statutory financial statements
•    Participate in the preparation of the monthly and quarterly reports based on  IFRS and SII standards .
•    Liaise with external and internal auditors 
•    Participate in ad-hoc projects 
 

Who you are: 
•    University degree in Accounting or Finance.
•    At least 2 years of prior work experience in any of the following: Investment Accounting, Back Office Investment administration and auditing investments.  
•    Previous experience in Mutual funds administration  will be considered a strong plus. 
•    Excellent oral and written knowledge of Greek and English language.
•    Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Power BI , MS Excel, MS Word, Power Point , Outlook).
•    Knowledge of ERP applications will be considered a plus (e.g Calastone platform, PCS FA & WM)
