digital marketing performance specialist

As a Digital Marketing Performance Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the success of our digital campaigns and contributing to NN Hellas’ initiatives involving digital marketing, ensuring effective execution and achieving the set targets and aiming for continuous improvement and innovation.

Your day-to-day:

• Lead performance marketing-oriented campaigns (mainly for brand awareness and lead generation)

• Monitor and analyze performance metrics (KPIs), prepare necessary reporting, and suggest solutions for improvement

• Liaise between internal team, business teams and third parties for the proper design and execution of campaigns, ensuring all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget

• Maintain and update digital assets using Content Management Systems (CMS) to ensure accurate and efficient content delivery

• Liaise with the Marketing department to ensure brand consistency in communication plans and digital strategy

Qualifications:

• University (Bachelor's) Degree in Business, Marketing or relevant field

• Master’s Degree would be considered an asset

• Experience in digital marketing ecosystems and performance marketing

• Experience in business strategy and performance management

• Excellent working knowledge of the digital marketing reporting tools and CMS

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task and manage different projects

• Creative thinking and strong analytical skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English)

• Working knowledge of remote collaboration tools

• Experience in performance tracking and optimizations

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms

• Experience in brand awareness and lead generation digital projects

• Experience in briefing agencies for preparing ad materials for digital marketing campaigns (mainly for brand awareness and lead generation)

• Experience in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing plans, including SEO, content marketing, and social media strategies
