contact center employee

The Contact Center Employee will answer mainly over phone to all kind of questions by clients/ agents (requests regarding data changes and general info) through inbound and outbound communication as well as execute campaigns.

Your day-to-day:

• Achieve high rate on first call resolution
• Handle both incoming and outgoing calls
• Deal with customer’s direct/ special requests
• View and update client data system CRM
• View and update policy data systems (Life400, NELIS etc)
• Administer and secure confidentiality of sensitive personal data
• Follow-up on pending items
• Ensure compliance with relative policies and processes

Qualifications:

• Degree in any field of Insurance or Communication
• Good knowledge of Greek and English language, verbal and written
• Insurance, business and process knowledge
• Very good command of MS Office
• Ability to adapt to change
• Experience in handling multiple projects and tasks with strict deadlines
• Experience with coaching and providing feedback
• Previous working experience in relevant position will be considered an asset
