As a Back Office Executive at NN Hellas, you’ll be the go-to link between our independent agents and internal teams. You’ll ensure smooth operations, clear communication, and top-tier service for our individual insurance products empowering our partners and supporting business growth.

Your day-to-day:

• Acting as the primary point of contact between independent agents and NN Hellas’ operational departments.

• Supporting daily operations by coordinating requests, resolving issues, and ensuring timely responses.

• Assisting brokers, agents, and their back-office teams in navigating NN Hellas’ systems and procedures.

• Delivering training sessions and ongoing support to enhance partners’ understanding of operational workflows.

• Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements across all activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance operations, preferably in retail or intermediary support roles.

• Technical & Professional Skills

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Familiarity with CRM systems and back-office platforms is a plus.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
