Starting with the role:

Currently, we are searching to hire a Store Manager to join our Store Operations Team in Marousi!

During your day you will:

• Organize and supervise all of the store’s departments to ensure its proper and smooth operation

• Manage store personnel on a daily basis

• Guide the store team in order to provide excellent customer service

• Propose ideas aiming at the optimization of store efficiency

• Engage in sales and ensure high-quality customer service

• Monitor of sales goals

• Manage inventory, orders, deliveries, and proper storage of raw materials

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

What you need to stand out:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance

• 3-4 years of proven experience in managing a store

• Experience in sales and customer service

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Fluency in English verbal and written

• Accountability, results orientation, and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
