Starting with the role:

Currently, we are searching to hire an Outbound Logistics Operations Executive who will manage outbound logistics operations, incl. overseeing the transportation of goods to points of sale and managing customer service to resolve operational issues.

During your day you will:

• Manage the logistics and transportation of outbound goods from the central warehouse to the points of sale (B2B & Franchise channel).

• Ensure proper placement and control of purchase orders for all products.

• Coordinate with suppliers, customers and logistics partners to ensure timely and proper delivery of materials and products.

• Monitor order status and resolves any operational issues related to returns and customer complaints.

• Monitor customer service operations in cooperation with the Customer Service Team.

• Collaborate with 3PL partners and internal teams to ensure efficient and cost-effective transportation.

• Ensure all necessary interfaces are in place between the 3PL partner and company systems (e.g., SAP, SHOP ordering).

• Monitor operational KPIs (lead times, fulfillment rate, shipping time etc.) and propose optimization initiatives.

What you need to stand out:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

• MBA or master’s degree with relevant specialization would be considered a plus.

• At least 2 years of experience in Logistics & Supply Chain Operations.

• Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles.

• Familiarity with inventory management systems and software

• Knowledge of SAP would be considered a plus

• Excellent communications skills both verbal and written, in Greek and English languages.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).

• Analytical skills

• Communication skills.
