- Αναπτύσσεις την πρόβλεψη IBP 0-24 μηνών για τις ανατεθείσες οικογένειες προϊόντων
- Συντονίζεις, αμφισβητείς και επηρεάζεις το οικοδόμημα με εισροές από πωλήσεις, μάρκετινγκ και άλλους συνεργάτες
- Επανεξετάζεις το αποσυντεθειμένο βραχυπρόθεσμο σχέδιο ζήτησης με βάση το μείγμα SKU/τοποθεσίας και την εβδομαδιαία πρόοδο
- Συντονίζεις την επίλυση θεμάτων εξυπηρέτησης, συνδέοντας με τον προγραμματισμό προμήθειας
- Παρέχεις το τελικό λεπτομερές πλάνο ζήτησης ανά SKU στους προγραμματιστές προμήθειας και το προσαρμόζεις με βάση τις ανατροφοδοτήσεις
- Συμβάλλεις στον κύκλο διαχείρισης της ζήτησης για το IBP των κατηγοριών σου και συμμετέχεις σε στρατηγικές και δομικές συζητήσεις
- Διεξάγεις διασύνδεση με τις εμπορικές και λειτουργικές ομάδες για τη βελτίωση της επικοινωνίας και την υποστήριξη επίτευξης KPIs
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τη διαδικασία σύνθεσης πρόβλεψης περιλαμβάνοντας το βραχυπρόθεσμο εβδομαδιαίο πλάνο και την μακροπρόθεσμη πρόβλεψη
- Αλληλεπιδράς με ομάδα μοντελοποίησης για την παραγωγή στατιστικών προβλέψεων
- Συμμετέχεις στη διαδικασία ολοκληρωμένου επιχειρησιακού σχεδιασμού και διαχειρίζεσαι το εργαλείο προγραμματισμού ζήτησης
- Εκτελείς ανάλυση αιτίων για συνεχή βελτίωση σχεδίων και μοιράζεις τα αποτελέσματα στην ηγεσία
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Γνώση Integrated Business Planning (IBP) και Demand Planning
- Ικανότητα στην Statistical Forecasting και Forecasting
- Εμπειρία σε Supply Chain Management και Supply Planning Coordination
- Ισχυρές Communication Skills και Cross-functional Teamwork
- Ικανότητες Problem-solving Skills και Data Analytics
- Χρήση ERP Systems και Power BI
- Επαγγελματική εμπειρία σε Logistics, Operations Management και Business Administration
- Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Operations Management / Business Administration / Any related field
