- Εκτελείς καθημερινά την καθαριότητα των σκευών του μπουφέ και της κουζίνας.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με την ομάδα και τον προϊστάμενό σου για ομαλή ροή εργασίας και έγκαιρη αντιμετώπιση θεμάτων.
- Ενημερώνεις άμεσα τον προϊστάμενό σου για προβλήματα ή ελλείψεις υλικών στο πόστο σου.
- Τηρείς τις απαιτούμενες διαδικασίες ISO και εφαρμόζεις τους κανόνες υγιεινής και ασφάλειας σύμφωνα με τα λειτουργικά πρότυπα.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 1+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Καθαριότητα σκευών κουζίνας και εστιατορίου
- Κανόνες υγιεινής και ασφάλειας
- Διαδικασίες ISO
- Τήρηση λειτουργικών προτύπων
- Ενημέρωση για προβλήματα και ελλείψεις υλικών
- Ομαλή ροή εργασίας
- Καθημερινή καθαριότητα χώρου λάντζας
