- Εξασφαλίζεις την καθαριότητα του χώρου και την ορθή λειτουργία του μπουφέ κατά τη διάρκεια των γευμάτων.
- Τηρείς τις διαδικασίες ISO και εφαρμόζεις τους κανόνες υγιεινής και ασφάλειας στη θέση σου.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 1+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Προετοιμασία και ανανέωση μπουφέ
- Λειτουργικά πρότυπα ξενοδοχείου και συνταγολόγιο
- Κανόνες υγιεινής και ασφάλειας και διαδικασίες ISO
- Καθαριότητα χώρου
- Αγγλικά και εμπειρία σε ξενοδοχειακό κλάδο
