Τι θα κάνεις
- Εποπτεύεις την καθημερινή λειτουργία των εγκαταστάσεων Spa και την ομάδα Spa.
- Συντάσσεις ημερήσιες, εβδομαδιαίες και μηνιαίες αναφορές και συμμετέχεις στις απαιτούμενες καθημερινές συναντήσεις.
- Καταρτίζεις προγράμματα βαρδιών και εκπαίδευσης και εκπαιδεύεις το προσωπικό όπου απαιτείται.
- Εκτελείς ελέγχους πριν από το άνοιγμα, σχεδιάζεις το μενού και οργανώνεις τη στελέχωση του Spa.
- Υποδέχεσαι και εξυπηρετείς τους πελάτες του Spa.
- Οργανώνεις τις προθήκες Retail merchandising, ελέγχεις τα επίπεδα stock και προωθείς θεραπείες.
- Εποπτεύεις τις λογιστικές διαδικασίες και το κλείσιμο του ταμείου στο τέλος της ημέρας.
- Παραγγέλνεις και παραλαμβάνεις προμήθειες και αναλώσιμα και ελέγχεις τα επίπεδα αποθέματος.
- Οργανώνεις και εποπτεύεις εκδηλώσεις, ομιλίες και προωθητικές ενέργειες Spa.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 4+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διαχείριση λειτουργίας Spa και Ηγεσία ομάδας
- Προγραμματισμός βαρδιών και εργασίας και Εκπαίδευση προσωπικού
- Reporting και MS Office
- Διαχείριση αποθεμάτων και ελέγχου stock και Retail merchandising
- Ταμείο και διαδικασίες κλεισίματος ημέρας
- Σχεδιασμός μενού, Οργάνωση εκδηλώσεων και προωθητικών ενεργειών, Αγγλική γλώσσα, Δεύτερη ξένη γλώσσα, Protel και Προγράμματα Spa
- Οποιοδήποτε Πεδίο
