- Συνεργάζεσαι με την ομάδα και τον άμεσο προϊστάμενό σου για ομαλή ροή εργασίας και έγκαιρη αντιμετώπιση θεμάτων.
- Ενημερώνεις άμεσα τον προϊστάμενό σου για προβλήματα ή ελλείψεις υλικών στο πόστο σου.
- Κατευθύνεις και συμβουλεύεις τους υφισταμένους σου για την ομαλή ροή της εργασίας τους.
- Τηρείς τις διαδικασίες ISO και εφαρμόζεις ορθά τους κανόνες υγιεινής και ασφάλειας.

- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Μαγειρική, Παραγωγή μενού και Συνταγολόγια
- Λειτουργικά πρότυπα και Διαδικασίες ISO
- Κανόνες υγιεινής και ασφάλειας
- Διαχείριση υλικών και Μαγειρικές τάσεις
- Καθοδήγηση υφισταμένων και Αντιμετώπιση προβλημάτων
- Γαστρονομικές Τέχνες
