Τι θα κάνεις
- Παρασκευάζεις αλκοολούχα και μη αλκοολούχα ποτά.
- Παρασκευάζεις κοκτέιλ και ροφήματα σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα του Ομίλου.
- Προετοιμάζεις το πόστο (mise en place) πριν από την έναρξη.
- Διατηρείς καθαρό και τακτοποιημένο τον χώρο εργασίας.
- Ελέγχεις την τοπική αποθήκη και το απόθεμα.
- Πραγματοποιείς παραγγελίες προμηθειών σύμφωνα με τις λειτουργικές διαδικασίες.
- Επικοινωνείς με τον άμεσο προϊστάμενο για τυχόν προβλήματα.
- Παρέχεις υπηρεσίες σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα του Ομίλου.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Παρασκευή αλκοολούχων και μη αλκοολούχων ποτών και κοκτέιλ.
- Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα φιλοξενίας.
- Προετοιμασία πόστου (mise en place) και τήρηση καθαριότητας χώρου εργασίας.
- Έλεγχος αποθέματος και παραγγελίες προμηθειών.
- Γνώση αγγλικής γλώσσας.
- Τουριστική εκπαίδευση.
