Ως το Barman θα είστε υπεύθυνοι για την παρασκευή και το σερβίρισμα κοκτέιλ, ποτών και ροφημάτων σύμφωνα με την κάρτα και την εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών σύμφωνα με τα standards φιλοξενίας του Ομίλου Mitsis.
Αρμοδιότητες:
Παρασκευάζετε κοκτέιλ, ποτά και ροφήματα σύμφωνα με την κάρτα.
Εξυπηρετείτε τους φιλοξενούμενους σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα φιλοξενίας του ομίλου Mitsis.
Διατηρείτε την καθαριότητα του εξοπλισμού του bar
Ελέγχετε θέματα λειτουργίας και συντήρησης των μηχανών
Παρακολουθείτε την επάρκεια αποθεμάτων εξοπλισμού και προμηθειών.
Τηρείτε τους κανονισμούς υγείας και ασφάλειας
Απαιτήσεις
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών (επιθυμητή η γνώση δεύτερης ξένης γλώσσας)
Επιθυμητή εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχο πόστο, ιδανικά σε ξενοδοχειακό περιβάλλον
Γνώσεις διαχείρισης υλικών και εξοπλισμού παρασκευής καφέ
Γνώση και τήρηση όλων των κανόνων υγιεινής & ασφάλειας
