Τι θα κάνεις
- Ελέγχεις καθημερινά συναλλαγές και παραστατικά, ενημερώνοντας έγκαιρα και έγκυρα τα λογιστικά βιβλία.
- Συμφωνείς τα υπόλοιπα πελατών και παρακολουθείς τις εισπράξεις πρακτορείων.
- Ελέγχεις το myDATA και χαρακτηρίζεις παραστατικά εσόδων και εξόδων.
- Ελέγχεις τους προμηθευτές και συμφωνείς τα υπόλοιπά τους.
- Επικοινωνείς με το προσωπικό για την επίλυση θεμάτων μισθοδοσίας και την έκδοση εγγραφών.
- Ολοκληρώνεις το μηνιαίο κλείσιμο με τιμολόγηση, συμφωνία διεταιρικών συναλλαγών και αποσβέσεις.
- Τηρείς το φυσικό και ηλεκτρονικό αρχείο των εγγράφων.

- Λογιστική καταχώριση συναλλαγών και έλεγχος συναλλαγών και παραστατικών
- Συμφωνίες πελατών και προμηθευτών και έλεγχος προμηθευτών και υπολοίπων
- Παρακολούθηση εισπράξεων πρακτορείων και τιμολόγηση
- myDATA και Excel
- Pylon και μισθοδοσία
- Μηνιαίο κλείσιμο, συμφωνία διεταιρικών συναλλαγών και αποσβέσεις
- Οικονομικά / Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων / Λογιστική
