We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Towel Boy to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an exceptional experience by maintaining the availability and cleanliness of towels and providing excellent customer service at our hotel pool.

Key Responsibilities:

• Distribute clean towels to guests and collect used towels
• Ensure the pool area is clean and well-organized
• Assist guests with any poolside needs or inquiries
• Maintain an adequate supply of clean towels and restock as needed
• Monitor the towel inventory and report any shortages or issues to management
• Provide information about pool amenities and hotel services as needed
• Support the pool staff with additional tasks as required, such as setting up chairs and umbrellas

Qualifications:

• Friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness.
• Good physical condition and ability to stand for long periods.
• Prior experience in a similar role or hospitality is a plus.
