sales operations coordinator

The Sales Operations Coordinator role will support the Commercial Department in organizing sales processes, analyzing data, managing CRM tools, and facilitating communication between the sales team and other departments (Production, Supply Chain, Finance)

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and improve workflows in critical commercial processes

• Support Management Team in decision making providing reports and dashboards

• Design and track commercial KPIs

• Manage CRM/ERP tools and train users on their proper use.

• Maintain ongoing communication with the Production and Supply Chain departments to ensure smooth operations and adherence to timelines.

• Participate in sales forecasting, budgeting, and annual production planning.

• Provide support in pricing, cost analysis

• Communicate with clients to gather feedback to support strategic decisions.

• Undertake ad-hoc commercial projects

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or operations, ideally in an industrial or technical sector.

• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).

• Proficient in Excel, ERP systems (ideally Entersoft), and basic reporting.

• Strong organizational and methodical skills, with a commercial mindset.

• Good understanding of technical customer needs and the importance of after-sales service.
