We are now looking for our new HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment and staffing process.

• Manage the onboarding and induction process for new employees.

• Oversee the full Performance Management cycle (Appraisals, Training initiatives, Succession Planning).

• Oversee and ensure the accurate and timely preparation of payroll.

• Handle employee relations matters.

• Provide Management with accurate and timely HR data, reports, and insights

• Ensure full compliance with labor law and regulations.

• Develop, manage, and optimize the payroll budget, ensuring cost efficiency.

• Design, implement, and monitor company's bonus scheme.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in a similar HR role within a structured HR department; experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment will be considered an asset.

• University Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field.

• Experience with HR-related systems, such as ERP, ATS, and ESS platforms.

• Very good knowledge of MS Office.

• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
