Τι θα κάνεις
- Παρακολουθείς και διαχειρίζεσαι την εκπόνηση Η/Μ μελετών φωτισμού, αερισμού, SCADA, ισχυρών/ασθενών ρευμάτων και πυρανίχνευσης.
- Συντονίζεις τις Η/Μ μελέτες με τις υπόλοιπες μελέτες του έργου και επιλύεις γεωμετρικές ή λειτουργικές ασυμβατότητες.
- Αναλύεις τεύχη δημοπράτησης, τεχνικές προδιαγραφές και σχέδια για οδικά έργα και σήραγγες.
- Εκπονείς προμετρήσεις υλικών και εξοπλισμού βάσει σχεδίων και σταδίων μελέτης.
- Συντάσσεις πίνακες κοστολόγησης BoQ και διαμορφώνεις το κόστος των Η/Μ εργασιών για διαγωνισμούς.
- Επικοινωνείς με προμηθευτές και υπεργολάβους, αποστέλλεις προδιαγραφές και αξιολογείς οικονομικές προσφορές.
- Συμμετέχεις στη σύνταξη του τεχνικού φακέλου της προσφοράς.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 5+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Ηλεκτρομηχανολογικές μελέτες, Συντονισμός μελετών και Τεχνικές προδιαγραφές
- Κοστολόγηση / Tendering, BoQ και Ανάλυση τευχών δημοπράτησης
- AutoCAD 2D και Προμετρήσεις υλικών και εξοπλισμού
- MS Excel και Αγγλική γλώσσα
- Συστήματα φωτισμού, Συστήματα αερισμού, SCADA, Ισχυρά και ασθενή ρεύματα και Πυρανίχνευση
- Ηλεκτρολόγος Μηχανικός
