- Διευθύνεις τους Διευθυντές Έργων που επιβλέπουν τη φάση Σχεδιασμού και Κατασκευής.
- Παρακολουθείς τις ομάδες που εμπλέκονται στη διαδικασία υποβολής προσφορών.
- Παρακολουθείς τη διαδικασία Οικονομικού Κλεισίματος μέχρι την υπογραφή της Σύμβασης Παραχώρησης.
- Παρέχεις αναφορές στις αρμόδιες αρχές, χρηματοδότες και μετόχους για την πρόοδο και τους στόχους του έργου.
- Συντονίζεις την παρακολούθηση των κατασκευαστικών πλευρών και την εκτέλεση δεσμεύσεων κατά την περίοδο προσφορών και κατασκευής.
- Αξιολογείς την απόδοση των υφισταμένων για την υποστήριξη επαγγελματικής ανάπτυξης.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 12+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διαχείριση έργων και επίβλεψη μηχανικού έργου σε κατασκευαστικά έργα ΣΔΙΤ και παραχωρήσεων
- Εμπειρία σε νομοθεσία και κανονισμούς στον κατασκευαστικό κλάδο
- Γνώση AutoCAD, Acrobat και MS Office, ειδικά MS Excel
- Διαχείριση κατασκευαστικών έργων
- Πολιτική Μηχανική / Μηχανολογία

Περιγραφή Θέσης
We are currently looking for a Technical Head to join our subsidiary company M Concessions, undertaking PPP and Concession Projects.
By joining this role you'll provide strategic leadership across the full project lifecycle, managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating key stakeholders to ensure the successful tendering, financial close, construction, and delivery of major infrastructure projects.
Your role will encompass:
Directs all Project Managers involved in the supervision of the Design and Construction phase of the projects.
Monitors all groups involved in the tendering procedure to ensure the proper participation of the company until the submission of the binding offer.
Monitors the procedure for the Financial Closing period for the projects that the company is the Preferred Bidder, up to the signing of the Concession Contract.
Monitoring and reporting for the tendering authority, lenders, and shareholders on the project progress during the construction phase, securing the project's performance and financial objectives.
Coordinates with METKA to monitor the construction aspects of each project and the proper execution of the company's obligations during either the tendering phase or the construction period of the projects.
Reviews and assesses the performance of its subordinates to support their professional development.
What you bring to the role:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
12+ years’ experience as a supervising site engineer and/or construction project manager, preferably medium to large scale projects.
Relevant working experience with PPP and concession projects.
Very good knowledge of the legislation and regulations related to construction projects
Very good knowledge knowledge of AutoCAD, Acrobat and MS Office toolset, especially Excel.
Ability to travel frequently to sites around Greece.
