Τι θα κάνεις
- Εποπτεύεις την καθημερινή λειτουργία του εργοταξίου σύμφωνα με το σχέδιο, τα τεχνικά πρότυπα, και τις συμβατικές και κανονιστικές απαιτήσεις
- Διαχειρίζεσαι το χρονοδιάγραμμα κατασκευής, εντοπίζεις κρίσιμα σημεία και συντονίζεις με μηχανικούς, προμηθευτές, logistics και υπεργολάβους για να τηρηθούν τα σημαντικά ορόσημα
- Επιβλέπεις όλες τις δραστηριότητες στον χώρο, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των πολιτικών έργων, κατασκευών δομικών στοιχείων, μηχανολογικής συναρμολόγησης και ηλεκτρικών εργασιών
- Εξασφαλίζεις αυστηρή συμμόρφωση με τις πολιτικές Ασφάλειας, Υγείας και Περιβάλλοντος και προωθείς κουλτούρα ασφάλειας και ποιότητας καθ’ όλη τη διάρκεια του έργου
- Παρακολουθείς την απόδοση των υπεργολάβων, ελέγχεις τα έγγραφα Διασφάλισης Ποιότητας και διεξάγεις τακτικούς ελέγχους και επιθεωρήσεις για την τήρηση προδιαγραφών
- Λειτουργείς ως εκπρόσωπος της εταιρείας στον χώρο, διαχειρίζεσαι σχέσεις με προμηθευτές, τοπικές αρχές και εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες
- Υποβάλλεις τακτικές αναφορές προόδου, ποιότητας και ασφάλειας και συνεργάζεσαι με τον Project Manager για τον έλεγχο κόστους και την αντιμετώπιση τεχνικών ή λειτουργικών ζητημάτων
- Υποστηρίζεις τη διαχείριση των συμβάσεων, συμπεριλαμβανομένου του ελέγχου των αιτήσεων προόδου και των εντολών αλλαγών από υπεργολάβους
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 4+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Πολιτικός, Μηχανολόγος ή Ηλεκτρολόγος Μηχανικός
- Διαχείριση έργου κατασκευής μεγάλης κλίμακας ηλιακών πάρκων
- AutoCAD και MS Office
- Διαχείριση ομάδας και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
- Συμμόρφωση με θέματα Υγιεινής, Ασφάλειας και Περιβάλλοντος (HSE)
- Διασφάλιση Ποιότητας / Έλεγχος Ποιότητας (QA/QC) και Έλεγχος και Επιθεώρηση

Περιγραφή Θέσης
We are currently looking for a Site Manager to join our team, part of our M-Rewables Division based in Thessalia.
Your role will encompass:
Overseeing day-to-day site operations to ensure the project is built according to design, technical standards, and within contractual and regulatory requirements
Managing the construction schedule, identifying critical path items, and coordinating with engineering, procurement, logistics, and subcontractors to meet key milestones
Supervising all site activities, including civil works, structural installations, mechanical assembly (module mounting), and electrical works (DC/AC cabling, inverters, transformers)
Ensuring strict compliance with HSE policies and supporting a culture of safety and quality throughout the project lifecycle
Monitoring subcontractor performance, reviewing QA/QC documentation, and conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to specifications and standards
Acting as the on-site representative for METKA-EGN, managing relationships with suppliers, local authorities, and external partners
Reporting regularly on progress, quality, and safety, and collaborating with the Project Manager to control costs and resolve technical or operational challenges
Supporting contract administration, including the verification of progress claims and change orders from subcontractors
What you bring to the role:
Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, civil engineering or other related field
4+ years’ experience in the construction of large scale solar parks (minimum 5MW)
Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office
Excellent communication, organization, administration, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage a large team
Ability to operate in a highly technical or particularly complex field
