Τι θα κάνεις
- Συντονίζεις όλες τις κατασκευαστικές δραστηριότητες στο εργοτάξιο, όπως θαλάσσια έργα, χωματουργικές εργασίες και civil works.
- Συντονίζεις τις διεπαφές μελετών, προμηθειών και κατασκευής για την έγκαιρη διαθεσιμότητα σχεδίων, υλικών και εξοπλισμού.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τις ομάδες εργοταξίου και τους υπεργολάβους, θέτοντας αρμοδιότητες, προτεραιότητες και στόχους απόδοσης.
- Καταρτίζεις και τηρείς χρονοδιαγράμματα κατασκευής και βραχυπρόθεσμα πλάνα εργασιών.
- Παρακολουθείς την πρόοδο, την παραγωγικότητα και το κόστος, εντοπίζεις αποκλίσεις και εφαρμόζεις διορθωτικές ενέργειες.
- Διασφαλίζεις την εφαρμογή απαιτήσεων υγείας, ασφάλειας, περιβάλλοντος και ποιότητας στο εργοτάξιο.
- Συντονίζεις τις κατασκευαστικές δραστηριότητες με τις υφιστάμενες λιμενικές και βιομηχανικές λειτουργίες.
- Εντοπίζεις και διαχειρίζεσαι κινδύνους κατασκευής και τηρείς το μητρώο κινδύνων του έργου.
- Συντονίζεις συσκέψεις εργοταξίου και αναφέρεις στη διοίκηση την πρόοδο, τα βασικά ζητήματα και τις ανάγκες πόρων.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 15+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Πολιτικός μηχανικός με εμπειρία σε Marine construction, Civil works και Χωματουργικές εργασίες.
- Διαχείριση εργοταξίου κατασκευής και Συντονισμός υπεργολάβων.
- Χρονοπρογραμματισμός κατασκευής και Παρακολούθηση κόστους και προόδου.
- Συμμόρφωση με απαιτήσεις υγείας, ασφάλειας, περιβάλλοντος και ποιότητας.
- Διαχείριση κινδύνων έργου.
- MS Office, AutoCAD και Αγγλικά.
