Περιγραφή Θέσης

Metlen Energy & Metals is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join our Sales & Proposals team, supporting the delivery of EPC projects within the HVDC and Thermal sectors.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-impact international projects, supporting both technical and commercial aspects of tendering and project development.

Your role will encompass:

  • Supporting the execution of the Sales Plan and contributing to tender activities

  • Reviewing tender documentation and assisting in the preparation of structured project summaries

  • Coordinating inputs and follow-ups across internal stakeholders and Central Functions

  • Supporting the preparation of commercial inputs, documentation, and bid submissions

  • Assisting in client clarifications and communications during the tender phase

  • Monitoring and supporting contract negotiation processes for development exposure

  • Supporting risk identification and documentation

  • Contributing to overall bid coordination and administrative activities

  • Ensuring timely delivery of assigned tasks and maintaining high-quality outputs

What you bring to the role:

  • At least 3 years of experience within energy or EPC projects

  • Basic understanding of technical and commercial aspects of EPC project execution

  • Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant discipline)

  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills

  • Excellent command of English

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
