- Υποστηρίζεις την εκτέλεση του Σχεδίου Πωλήσεων και συμμετέχεις σε δραστηριότητες διαγωνισμών
- Επανεξετάζεις την τεκμηρίωση διαγωνισμών και βοηθάς στην προετοιμασία συγκροτημένων συνοπτικών αναφορών έργων
- Συντονίζεις τις εισροές και παρακολουθείς τις εργασίες μεταξύ εσωτερικών ενδιαφερόμενων και Κεντρικών Λειτουργιών
- Υποστηρίζεις την προετοιμασία εμπορικών εισροών, τεκμηρίωσης και υποβολής προσφορών
- Βοηθάς σε διευκρινίσεις προς πελάτες και επικοινωνίες κατά τη φάση διαγωνισμού
- Παρακολουθείς και υποστηρίζεις διαδικασίες διαπραγμάτευσης συμβολαίων για εκτέλεση έργων
- Υποστηρίζεις την ταυτοποίηση και τεκμηρίωση κινδύνων
- Συμβάλλεις στο συντονισμό προσφορών και σε διοικητικές δραστηριότητες
- Εξασφαλίζεις την έγκαιρη παράδοση ανατεθειμένων εργασιών και διατηρείς ποιοτικά αποτελέσματα
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Εκτέλεση Σχεδίου Πωλήσεων και Προετοιμασία και Υποβολή Προσφορών
- Αναθεώρηση Τεκμηρίωσης Διαγωνισμών και Υποστήριξη Διαπραγμάτευσης Συμβολαίων
- Ταυτοποίηση και Τεκμηρίωση Κινδύνων
- Επικοινωνιακές, Αναλυτικές και Οργανωτικές Δεξιότητες

Περιγραφή Θέσης
Metlen Energy & Metals is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join our Sales & Proposals team, supporting the delivery of EPC projects within the HVDC and Thermal sectors.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-impact international projects, supporting both technical and commercial aspects of tendering and project development.
Your role will encompass:
Supporting the execution of the Sales Plan and contributing to tender activities
Reviewing tender documentation and assisting in the preparation of structured project summaries
Coordinating inputs and follow-ups across internal stakeholders and Central Functions
Supporting the preparation of commercial inputs, documentation, and bid submissions
Assisting in client clarifications and communications during the tender phase
Monitoring and supporting contract negotiation processes for development exposure
Supporting risk identification and documentation
Contributing to overall bid coordination and administrative activities
Ensuring timely delivery of assigned tasks and maintaining high-quality outputs
What you bring to the role:
At least 3 years of experience within energy or EPC projects
Basic understanding of technical and commercial aspects of EPC project execution
Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant discipline)
Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
Excellent command of English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
