- Εντοπίζεις, αξιολογείς και αναπτύσσεις νέες ευκαιρίες έργων data center σε Ελλάδα και MEA
- Διοργανώνεις διαδικασίες επιλογής τοποθεσίας, μελέτες σκοπιμότητας, due diligence, αδειοδότησης και ανάπτυξης
- Δημιουργείς και διαχειρίζεσαι pipeline έργων σύμφωνα με τη στρατηγική ανάπτυξης της εταιρείας
- Διαμορφώνεις και διαπραγματεύεσαι εμπορικές συμφωνίες όπως συμφωνίες για γη, PPAs, συνδέσεις δικτύου, συνεργασίες και συμβάσεις πελατών
- Αναπτύσσεις επιχειρηματικές προτάσεις που ενσωματώνουν data centers με λύσεις ανανεώσιμων πηγών ενέργειας (PV και BESS)
- Διαχειρίζεσαι ενδιαφερόμενα μέρη όπως hyperscalers, παρόχους colocations, επιχειρήσεις κοινής ωφέλειας, ρυθμιστικές αρχές, επενδυτές και τοπικούς συνεργάτες
- Συντονίζεις διεπιστημονικές ομάδες (Μηχανική, Νομικό, Χρηματοοικονομικά, Διαχείριση Περιουσιακού Κεφαλαίου) για την ομαλή υλοποίηση έργων
- Εποπτεύεις την πορεία έργων σε στάδια ανάπτυξης, χρηματοδότησης και ετοιμότητας κατασκευής με τήρηση τεχνικών, περιβαλλοντικών και οικονομικών απαιτήσεων
- Παρακολουθείς τάσεις αγοράς και προωθείς καινοτόμες λύσεις για ενσωμάτωση ανανεώσιμων πηγών και βελτιστοποίηση δικτύου
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 8+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Ανάπτυξη έργων data center και επενδυτική ανάλυση
- Επιλογή τοποθεσίας, μελέτες σκοπιμότητας και διαδικασίες αδειοδότησης
- Διαπραγμάτευση εμπορικών συμφωνιών και δεξιότητες διαπραγμάτευσης
- Ανάπτυξη επιχειρηματικής πρότασης και χρηματοοικονομική μοντελοποίηση
- Διαχείριση ενδιαφερόμενων μερών και συνεργασία με διεπιστημονικές ομάδες
- Ενσωμάτωση ανανεώσιμων πηγών ενέργειας και γνώση υποδομών ηλεκτρικής ενέργειας
- Παρακολούθηση τάσεων αγοράς και υλοποίηση έργων
- Engineering / Energy / Finance / Real Estateκατά προτίμηση
