We are looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst to join our Information Technology & Digital Strategy team in our Athens Offices. 

 

The primary goal of the role to align business goals with technical solutions to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness. The Business Analyst will be heavily involved in all stages of the software delivery lifecycle collaborating with internal and external teams. By doing so, they help to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating clear communication and collaboration to deliver value-driven solutions. 

 

Your role will encompass: 

  • Engage with stakeholders to define, document, and analyze business requirements. 
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and foster strong client relationships. 
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications and prepare requirement documentation using best practices, including developing wireframes, prototypes, and acceptance criteria 
  • Work cross-functionally with PMO, Delivery, Core Data Management and other IT teams. 
  • Evaluate implemented solutions for requirements adherence and efficiency, and identify opportunities for process optimization 
  • Assist and support SIT/UAT, and validate user manuals against specifications 
  • Support stakeholders by providing feedback to their enquiries, collecting and tracking change requests, and ensuring requirements are fully understood by all teams. 

 

What you bring to the role:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a relevant field. 
  • 5+ years’ of experience as a Business Analyst  
  • Hands-on experience in business analysis, covering requirement gathering, communication, analysis, documentation, and testing, while utilizing business analysis and modeling tools. 
  • Experience in stakeholder management and building excellent professional relationships. 
  • In-depth understanding of the software development lifecycle and familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies. 
  • ECBA™, PMI-PBA™, etc. certification would be considered an advantage. 
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft 365 Suite, Power Platform. 
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills. 
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
