We are seeking a motivated Senior Digital Transformation Engineer to join our Operations & Control team, part of our M Power Projects Division, based in Paiania. This internal opportunity is ideal for those looking to expand their impact and grow within the company while continuing to contribute to our shared success.
Your role will encompass:
Business Analysis:
- Engage with project teams and business stakeholders to identify needs for innovative, technology-driven solutions.
- Engage with stakeholders across levels and departments, to comprehend and convert pain-points into actionable business requirements.
- Prepare business cases for Digital Transformation projects.
- Manage the departments Digital Transformation roadmap, balancing effort and added value of DT projects.
Solutions development/ selection:
- Lead the selection, deployment, and integration of digital tools and technologies to enhance project execution efficiency within the division.
- Closely collaborate with IT in the selection or development of appropriate solutions which best address business needs.
- Represent the business into securing that digital tools and technologies enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
Deployment:
- Prepare and deliver briefings and training sessions to project teams, as part of deploying new digital solutions.
- Change management to secure successful integration of digital solution in projects and business operations.
- Drive Digital Solutions Implementation by fostering and leveraging relationships with project and business stakeholders at all levels.
- Monitor and adjust approach to secure effective integration.
How:
- Foster a culture of change and continuous improvement, by benchmarking and implementing industry best practices in digital transformation within EPC.
- Flexible with working in cross-funtional teams following waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Relationship building and stakeholder engagement skills
- Champion cultural and process changes within the organization, to adopt and maximize the benefits of digital transformation initiatives.
- Serve as a liaison between the project execution team and executive leadership to report progress, challenges, and recommendations related to digital transformation.
What you bring to the role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT or relevant field.
- 6+ years of experience.
- 3+ years of experience with digital transformation projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong experience leading change projects.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with Energy EPC projects, otherwise strong willingness to learn.
- Experience in ERP deployment will be a strong asset.
- MBA will be considered a strong asset.
- Experience in Agile delivery.
