We are currently looking for a Senior Digital Communication Officer to join our Communications team, based in Athens, Greece. 

The role will support the execution of media initiatives that enhance brand visibility and ensure consistent, high-quality communication across all channels. 

 

 

Your role will encompass:

  • Coordinate and oversee media projects and campaigns from planning through execution, ensuring timelines, objectives, and quality standards are met.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, vendors, and stakeholders to support effective campaign delivery and streamlined workflows.

  • Manage project administration, including budgeting, purchase orders, invoicing, payments, contracts, and related documentation.

  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize media initiatives, resolving issues proactively to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Support content development and communications activities by contributing to copywriting, editing, proofreading, and creative collaboration.

  • Collect, analyze, and report on media performance, market trends, and competitor activity to support data-driven decision-making while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. 

 

 

What you bring to the role: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.

  • +5 years of relevant experience

  • Familiarity with media monitoring tools and digital media environments.

  • Knowledge of social media analytics and media performance metrics.

  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality outputs.

  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
