- Παρέχεις διευκρινίσεις και απαντήσεις σε ερωτήματα εργαζομένων του HR και άλλων τμημάτων
- Εξασφαλίζεις ότι τα δεδομένα που συλλέγονται είναι επαρκή, σχετικά και περιορισμένα στο αναγκαίο
- Τηρείς και ενημερώνεις το μητρώο επεξεργασίας δεδομένων του HR και άλλων τμημάτων
- Ξεκινάς τη διαδικασία σχεδιασμού νέων διαδικασιών με την αρχή της προστασίας δεδομένων από το σχεδιασμό και εξ ορισμού
- Παρακολουθείς τακτικά την επεξεργασία προσωπικών δεδομένων για να εντοπίσεις αλλαγές και να αξιολογήσεις τη νομική βάση
- Ετοιμάζεις εκπαιδευτικό υλικό και παρέχεις εκπαίδευση σε υπαλλήλους HR και άλλων τομέων και σε υπεύθυνους επεξεργασίας
- Ενσωματώνεις ρήτρες σε συμβάσεις με πελάτες και προμηθευτές βάσει προτύπων και ετοιμάζεις ενημερωτικά σημειώματα
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τις συγκαταθέσεις των υποκειμένων για ορισμένες επεξεργασίες και τηρείς τα απαραίτητα αποδεικτικά στοιχεία
- Πραγματοποιείς αξιολόγηση επιπτώσεων προστασίας δεδομένων όπου απαιτείται και αποστέλλεις τα αποτελέσματα στον Υπεύθυνο Προστασίας Δεδομένων
- Βοηθάς τον Υπεύθυνο Προστασίας Δεδομένων στην αναγνώριση επεξεργασιών υψηλού κινδύνου για τα δικαιώματα των υποκειμένων
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 5+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Άριστη γνώση προστασίας δεδομένων και αξιολόγηση επιπτώσεων προστασίας δεδομένων
- Αξιοποίηση Microsoft Office suite και Microsoft Excel
- Ανάπτυξη και παροχή εκπαίδευσης
- Ενσωμάτωση ρητρών σε συμβάσεις και καταγραφή μητρώων δεδομένων
- Παρακολούθηση επεξεργασίας δεδομένων και διαχείριση συγκαταθέσεων
- Αναγνώριση κινδύνων και εισαγωγή σχεδιασμού διαδικασιών
- Αναλυτικές ικανότητες, επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και άριστη γνώση Ελληνικών

Περιγραφή Θέσης
We are looking for a Senior Data Protection Coordinator for Metlen Energy & Metals SA who will be reporting to the Data Protection Officer of METLEN Energy & Metals.
Your role will encompass:
Provide clarifications and answers to questions from Metlen employees for HR and other major sectors
Ensure that the data collected is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed
Maintain and update the data processing register of HR and other major sectors
Initiates the process of designing new processes (by design and by default)
Regularly monitor the processing of personal data to identify possible changes in order to assess whether such processing is compatible with the pre-existing legal basis or there is a need to establish a new legal basis for the new purpose of such processing
Prepare sector specific training material and provide training to HR and other major sectors employees and data processors
Incorporate the necessary clauses in contracts with customers and suppliers based on the relevant templates, while at the same time prepare the relevant updates/information notices for the processing of personal data to the subjects
Manage consents obtained or withdrawn from data subjects for some processing and retain the relevant evidence
Carry out a data protection impact assessment, where necessary, and send the results of that assessment to the Data Protection Office for further assessment and guidance
Assist the Data Protection Officer in identifying processing operations that may pose a high risk to the rights and freedoms of data subjects
What you bring to the role:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other relevant field
5+ years’ experience in a similar Data Protection related activities
Data protection advanced knowledge is essential. DPO certification is a plus
Fluency in Greek and English oral and written
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Professional knowledge of Microsoft excel program
Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
