We are currently looking for a Senior Business Manager of Circular Metals to join our Circular Metals division in Thessaloniki.

 

As a Senior Business Manager you will lead the strategic planning, execution monitoring, and cross-functional coordination of initiatives across the Circular Metals BU to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and delivery of business value. This role is pivotal in integrating technical project delivery with business outcomes, providing strategic and operational support to the BU Head, and ensuring continuous improvement and organizational effectiveness.

 

Your role will encompass:

  • Create and monitor financial models and business cases for strategic opportunities and investments; support annual and quarterly planning

  • Manage cross-departmental projects, track risks and progress, maintain dashboards, and organize meetings

  • Track progress of new plant projects from a business perspective, collaborate with technical managers, and highlight critical issues

  • Prepare executive presentations and reports, advise BU leadership, and participate in key decision-making processes

 

What you bring to the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (chemical preferred), economics, or similar

  • MBA or equivalent business qualification is a plus 

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or similar roles 

  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders across levels

  • Strong financial and analytical skills; capable of independently building models and business cases

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; experience preparing executive-level materials

  • Experience in or exposure to capital-intensive sectors (e.g., mining, metallurgy, manufacturing, industrials) is preferred 

  • Comfortable operating in dynamic, high-accountability environments with senior leaders
